红旗岭铜镍硫化矿石铜镍分离试验研究 被引量:14

摘要 在充分研究红旗岭硫化铜镍矿矿石性质及现场存在问题的基础上,采用新的工艺流程和药剂制度进行闭路试验,镍精矿镍品位和回收率分别由7.59%和82.57%提高到9.4%和83.14%。铜精矿铜品位和回收率分别由19.68%和42.37%提高到19.03%和58.95%。镍精矿镍铜比由原来的8:1提高到14:1。 Based on the study of the villamaninite properties and the existing problems on site,the closed-circuit test was made by using new flotation flowsheet and reagent regime. The nickel grade and recovery of nickel concentrate increased from 7.59% and 82.57% to 9.4% and 83.14%, and the copper grade and recovery of copper concentrate raised from 19.68% and 42.37% to 19.03% and 58.95%. The ratio of nickel to copper in nickel concentrate is up to 8:1 on the base of original 14:1.
