四爿藻培养条件的研究

Studies on the culture conditions of Tetraselmis chui

在实验室模拟条件下，研究了温度、光照、盐度、pH值和营养盐对四爿藻生长繁殖的影响。结果表明：四爿藻生长的适宜温度为5—30℃，最适温度为20℃；适宜光照为500—10000lx，最适光照为4000～7000lx；适宜盐度5—85，最适盐度为35；适宜pH值为4—9，最适pH值为7。筛选出四爿藻的培养液配方是，天然海水加入（NH2）2CO—N60g／m3；KH2PO4-P2g／m3；FeC6H5O7-Fe0．4g／m3；维生素B1 1g／m3和维生素B12 0．0005g／m3。

The effect of temperature, illumination intensity, salinity, pH and nutrients on the growth and reproduction of Tetraselmis chui was studied under the experimental conditions. It came to the conclusions that the adaptive water temperature ranged from 5℃ to 30 ℃ with the optimal temperature at 20 ℃. The adaptive illumination intensity was 500 - 10 000 lx with optimal value at 4 000 -7 000 lx; The range of adaptive salinity was 5 - 85, and the optimal salinity was 35. The range of adaptive pH was 4 - 9 with the optimal pH 7. It could be sieved the following prescription for culture solution： natural sea water; （NH2 ）2 CO-N 60 g/m3 ; KH2PO4-P 2 g/m3 ; FeC6H5O7-Fe 0. 4 g/m3 ; Vitamin B1 1g/m3 and Vitamin BI2 0. 000 5 g/m3.
