摘要
目的探讨腹腔血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)的定量检测对异位妊娠的诊断价值。方法采用酶促放大化学发光免疫分析法检测44例腹腔血患者β—HCG的水平,并对结果进行t检验。结果异位妊娠者腹腔血β—HCG水平[(3916.4_+197.1)IU/L]显著高于静脉血β—HCG[(809.4_+78.8)IU/L],有统计学意义(t=15.28,P〈0.01);与正常妊娠者静脉血β—HCG[(1287.3±455.3)IU/L]比较,也有统计学意义(t=10.21,P〈0.01);其阳性准确率可达100%。结论对异位妊娠并有腹腔出血的患者,采用腹腔血检测β—HCG水平诊断异位妊娠,简便、快速、准确,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the value of intra-abdominal blood β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) for diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods β-HCG levels in intra-abdominal of 44 cases were detected by chemical shine immunoassay. Results The level of β-HCG in intra-abdominal blood (3916.4± 197.1) IU/L is obviously higher than that of the serum (809.4±78.8)IU/L; and compare to the serum of common pregnancy (1287.3 ±455.3)IU/L both of them have significance; and accuuracy ratio was nearly 100%. Conclusion The patients with ectopic pregnancy hemorrhage diagnosed by the quantity analysis of the β-HCG in intra-abdominal is simple, quick and accurate. And the method is worth widely using in clinical.
