摘要
提出一种新型的基于里程定位的智能车载终端系统。通过将里程和站点结合起来,实现自动语音报站的目的,通过GPRS将智能车载终端和地理信息系统结合,能够对定线行驶的车辆进行实时监控,了解车辆的运行状态,车辆可以与中心之间互相发送信息,从而实现智能化管理的目的。此终端还预留出软硬件接口,可以将IC卡收费系统融合起来,将车辆的收费记录通过GPRS传回中心,就可以不再需要人工采集收费数据。给出了整个智能车载终端系统的组成、设计和实现技术。
This paper presents a novel Intelligent Vehicle Location System terminal based on the mileage. Mileage and site are combined to realize stop auto announcing. The system can in real-time supervise the fixed route vehicles and acquire the operational status of vehicles by GPRS, which integrates the smart terminal on the bus with GIS. Information can be sent between information centre and the vehicles in order to realize the intelligent management. The terminal also reserved hardware and software interface for integration of IC card charging system. Thus the vehicle charging records can be fed back to the center via GPRS, and manual data collection is no longer needed. The composition, design and implementation method for this intelligent Vehicle Location System terminal was put forward.
