Strengthening aggressive defense ability cultivation in basketball competition of institutions of higher education

随着篮球运动的不断发展以及各项技战术的灵活运用,篮球比赛将越来越激烈。现代篮球运动不再是以进攻为主导,而是要攻守兼备,因此在教学训练中不断提高防守技战术水平已日益受到重视。通过对攻击性防守的概念、攻击性防守的条件和应用,以及攻击性防守技战术能力的培养等方面进行阐述,旨在为不断提高普通高校篮球队防守技术和战术水平提供理论基础。

Along with the continuous development of basketball exercise and the flexible application of various skills and tactics on basketball competition, basketball match will be more and more grueling. Modern basketball exercise no longer takes aggression as leading factor, has both aggression and defense, therefore advancing level of defense skill and tactic constantly during training has been attached more and more importance. By stating the concept, condition and application of aggressive defense as well as skill, tactic ability cultivation, offers theoretical foundation to advance gradually defense skill and tactic level of institutions＇ basketball team of higher education.
