Based on practical application and research, many advanced management ideas are realized in a ERP system in this paper with the development of IT technology and its application. In order to provide the optimal schemes of information integrationfor enterpri- ses, the ERP system integrates and manages logistic flows, capital flows and information flows to adapt the market variation from innovation and the variation of manufacturing flows. It will promote enterprise management efficency and help enterprises get advantages in market competition.
