摘要
试验研究了孪晶诱导塑性钢(TWIP钢)经手工钨极氩弧焊接后的金相组织和力学性能。试验结果表明:试样焊接区与基体区金相组织的不同造成焊接后断裂延伸率降低;拉伸应变时断裂易发生在试样的焊缝区域;拉伸后基体和焊缝区的显微硬度有所上升。
Microstructure and mechanical property of TWIP steels after tungsten argon-shielded arc welding was studied. The results indicated that the difference of microstructure between the wedding and matrix regions was the main mason to decrease the elongation rate significantly. Fracture occurred easily in the welding locations during straining, the micro-hardness was improved in melted zone and matrix region after stretching.
