摘要
绩效考核是各高校对学生辅导员进行质量管理的重要手段,各高校都非常重视。目前采取的考核方法主要以经验为主,有些考核由于指标较多,对最终的结论没有合理的方式进行分析。使用应用模糊层次综合评判法对学生辅导员绩效考核进行定量研究,以提高考核评价的科学性和准确性。
It is very important of using performance appraisal to assess the university counselors, and each college pay more attention to it. But now most colleges evalutate the university counselors according to experiences, some methods consist of too much indexes and haven't give the right analysis to the final conclusion. This paper uses the fuss AHP method to analyze the university counselors performance in order to improve the accuracy of the evaluation conclusion and provide better management of university counselors.
