企业为了维持可持续成长,对专用性资本尤其是专用性人力资本的投资和重构力度日益加大。由于专用性人力资本作为企业的稀缺资源具有无形性和知识性,从而成为企业竞争优势的重要源泉。从资源基础理论的研究视角对专用性人力资本进行界定并阐述其重构的过程,进而探讨基于专用性人力资本的企业的竞争优势及其可持续成长。

In order to maintain sustainable growth, enterprises emphasis on specific capital investment and reconstruction increasingly, especially for specific human capital investment. Because specific human capital as scarce resources of enterprises is invisible and knowledge, it becomes an important source of competitive advantage. This paper defined specific human capital in the resource base theory of perspective, explained its reconstruction process and discussed competitive adwantage of enterprises and sustainable growth.
