摘要 英语教师自主专业发展是实现英语教师专业化的有效保障,教师的自主发展是一个不断学习、不断反思、不断探索的过程,而行动研究使得教师成为教学活动的研究者和实践者,为教师改进教学、促进学生以及自我的发展奠定了可靠的基础。文章论述了行动研究成为英语教师自主专业发展的重要途径,也是英语教师自主发展的重要内驱力之一等内容。 The self-development of English teachers is the guarantee of the realization of the specialization of English teachers. The self-development of teachers is a process during which teachers constantly keep on studying, reflecting and researching. Meanwhile, action research makes teachers the researcher and practicer, which can improve the teaching and promote the development of students and teachers. From this sense, action research can become the most important way on promoting the self-development of English teachers, and at the same time it is one of important instinct motivation for the self-development of English teachers.
