THE SELECTION AND OPTIMIZATION OF HIGH-PRESSURE PUMP IN REVERSE OSMOSIS SEAWATER DESALINATION

摘要 针对反渗透海水淡化高压泵的能耗状况,通过对不同类型泵的特性分析,合理选择不同规模下反渗透海水淡化用高压泵泵型,给出了提高中小规模反渗透海水淡化用高压泵效率、降低能耗的设计选型方法,为提高反渗透海水淡化高压泵效率、降低能耗提供了理论指导。 With respect to the energy consumption condition of high-pressure pump for RO sea water desalination, by characteristics analysis of different types of pump and reasonable type selection of high-pressure pump for RO sea water desalination at different scale, the design methods are given for improvement of the efficiency of high-pressure pump for medium and small-scale RO sea water desalination and energy consumption reduction this providing theoretical guidance for efficiency improvement and energy consumption reduction of high-pressure pump for RO sea water desalination.
