摘要
研制了一种双圆盘式结构的电流变仪,介绍了其工作原理.为了测量外电场作用下电流变流体的动态流变性能,采用三谱切片分析方法.三谱可以描述系统的非线性耦合,抑制高斯噪声和保留相位信息.当电流变测量系统受到零均值的非高斯噪声干扰时,利用流变仪输出转矩的信号,建立四阶累积量的自回归模型,通过三谱和三谱切片分析流变仪的频率特性.实验和理论结果表明,电流变体的流变性和动态性能可以采用这种双圆盘式流变仪测量.
The operating principle of measuring rheologieal properties of eleetrorheologieal fluids by means of a new rheometer with double driving discs rotating at the same speed in the opposite directions is expounded. For description of dynamic rheological measurement, the trispectral slice analysis is proposed in this paper, which can describe nonlinear coupling, restrain Gaussian noise and reserve phase component. An autoregressive (AR) model of the fourth order cumulant, the trispectra and trispectral slices are utilized for analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the electro-rheometer by merely using the sampled output torque signals when a zero mean non-Gaussian white noise interferes with the electro-rheometer system. The experimental and theoretieal results show that rheologieal properties and dynamie eharaeteristies of eleetrorheological fluid can be measured with this double disc rheometer.
