摘要
交交型矩阵变换器电压传输比不大于0.866,一直是制约其应用的最重原因之一,因此对突破这一限制的研究具有重要意义.该文提出了两种提高矩阵变换器电压传输比的有效方法,即过调制法和谐波注入法.文中阐述了两种方法的基本原理,对比分析了两种方法的特点,并通过仿真和物理样机实验验证了这两种方法的可行性和有效性.实验结果表明:两种方法都能使电压传输比提高到1.0左右,但其输出电压中的谐波含量都相应增大.比较了两种方法所产生谐波的特点及其抑制对策和适用范围,对工程应用有一定的参考价值.
It is widely taken that the maximum value of the voltage transfer ratio of AC-AC matrix converter is 0. 866, which has considerably restrained its application breadth. It thus becomes interesting and challenging to investigate whether it is possible to break this limitation. In this paper, we propose two effective methods, namely the method of overmodulation and harmonic injection, to increase the voltage transfer ratio. After clari- fying the fundamental principles of these two methods, their different characteristics are analyzed. We then test their feasibility and validity by simulation and physical prototype experiment, and the results indicate that these two methods can both increase the ratio of voltage transfer to approximate 1.0, though the harmonic in the output voltage increases correspondingly. We also compare the characteristics of the harmonic generated by these two methods. This study may provide inspiration for further engineering application.
