摘要
建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定中药材中V、Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ge、As、Se、Sr、Mo、Cd、Hg、Pb等15种元素含量的方法.使用微波消解处理样品,ICP-MS测定15种微量元素,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定K、Ca、Mg、Fe.19种元素标准曲线线性关系良好,R>0.999,各元素测定的回收率在90.30%~104.05%.本方法检出限低,分析速度快,准确可靠.
To develop an ICP-MS method for the determination of 15 elements V, Cr, Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Ge, As, Se Sr,Mo,Cd, Hg, Pb. in the edible Traditional Chinese Medicine, the samples were pretreated by microwave-digestion, then introduced to ICP-MS and AAS to determine the fifteen microelements and K ,Ca, Mg, Fe. The linear correlation factor for the elements is high, R〉0. 999(n=11). The recoveries of the elements ranged mostly from 90.30% to 104. 05%. This method had low detection limits, broad linear range,high accuracy and precision.
