目的:观察丹红注射液对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)患者在治疗上的有效性、安全性,并观察对UA患者脂质代谢和内皮功能的影响。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组35例采用常规治疗,治疗组45例在对照组的基础上加以丹虹注射液治疗,对比两组脂质代谢,血清一氧化氮(No)和血浆内皮素(ET)水平。结果:治疗组与对照组相比较,治疗组脂质代谢较对照组改善更为明显(P<0.05),血清NO水平显著增高(P<0.05)血浆ET水平显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液能明显改善不稳定型心绞痛患者脂质代谢,对不稳定型心绞痛患者脂质代谢和内皮功能改善是安全肯定的。
