医院抗心绞痛中成药用药分析

Analysis of Chinese patent medicine in angina pectoris in our hospital

目的了解该院口服抗心绞痛中成药的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对该院2002～2006年口服抗心绞痛中成药的用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)及日均费用进行统计分析。结果2002～2006年该院口服抗心绞痛中成药的用药金额呈逐年上升趋势,银杏叶片、复方丹参滴丸的用药金额与DDDs排序5a来一直位居前5位。结论该院口服抗心绞痛中成药的应用基本合理,疗效确切、价廉的口服抗心绞痛中成药在临床中占优势。

[Objective] To investigate the condition of the usage of Chinese patent medicine by mouth for treating angina pectoris in our hospital, and to provide some references for rational use of the drugs for clinical doctors. [Methods] Marketing amount of money, DDDs and daily consumptive amount of money of Chineses patent medicine by mouth for angina pectoris in our hospital were made a statistical analysis during the period 2002-2006. [Results] Annual marketing amount of money of Chinese patent medicine by mouth for treating angina pectoris was showed an increased trend, the marketing amount of money and DDDs of Yinxinye tablet and Fufangdanshen drop pill dominated the first 5 places for five years. [Conclusion] The use of Chinese patent medicine by mouth for treating angina peetoris in our hospital is basically rational. It has eonfirmative efficiency and the cost is cheap, so Chinese patent medicine by mouth for treating angina pectoris has lain in predominance in the clinic.
