帕金森病对反应抑制能力的影响

摘要 目的研究帕金森病对病人反应抑制能力的影响。方法运用停止信号任务检测26例帕金森病人的停止信号反应时间来衡量其反应抑制能力,并与年龄匹配的健康对照组的结果相比较。结果帕金森病人组的停止信号反应时间与对照组相比明显延长,而这种延长与病人的反应能力及情绪状态的变化无明显相关。结论帕金森病人反应抑制能力明显下降,提示基底节在反应抑制过程中发挥重要作用。 [Objective] To evaluate the effect of Parkinson's disease on response inhibition. [Method] Twentysix patients with Parkinson's disease and sixteen healthy controls performed stop signal task to estimate the stop signal reaction time, which reflects the ability of inhibiting ongoing response. [Result] The stop signal reaction time of patients with Parkinson's disease was significantly longer than the control group's. There was no significant relation between general slowing and impairment of inhibitory control. [Conclusion] The ability of response inhibition is impaired in patients with Parkinson's disease, which infers the involvement of basal ganglia in response inhibition.
