摘要
目的探讨使用新型椎体后凸成形系统-骨扩张器系统(SKY)行椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法选取经X线片、MRI确诊为骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折35例,俯卧位下行SKY椎体成形术治疗。对患者术前、后经视觉模拟疼痛(VAS)评分及术前、后X线侧位片上伤椎前缘及中线高度进行比较分析。结果采用SKY骨扩张器系统椎体后凸成形椎体术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折,术后患者疼痛明显缓解,术后椎体前缘及中线高度明显增高,出现2例骨水泥渗漏,无脊髓、神经根受压现象。结论采用SKY椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折是安全、有效地微创治疗方法。
[Objective] To study the clinical efficacy of kaphoplasty with SKY bone expander system in treatment of osteoporotic spine fracture. [Methods] 35 cases of osteoporotic spine fracture confirmed by X-ray and MR were treated by kyphoplasty with SKY bone expander system in protrate position. All patients'Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), and lateral X-ray films of the height of middline and posterior of vertebrae, including pre-operation and post-operation were measured and analyzed. [ Results] After the operation, the degree of Visual Analogue Scale had reduced clearly, the height of pathological vertebral recovered obviously. Two cases were found PMMP leak out without any nerve symptom. [Conclusion] SKY percutaneous kyphoplasty is an effective and safe therapy method in minimally invasive treating osteoporotic spine fracture.
