复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎的临床研究

Clinical studies on treatment of chronic sever viral hepatitis B with stronger neo-minophagen C

目的研究复方甘草酸苷治疗慢性重型乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法100例慢性重型乙型肝炎患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用综合治疗,治疗组在综合治疗基础上加用复方甘草酸苷160mg/d加入10%的葡萄糖250mL溶液中静脉滴注,疗程1个月。所有患者在治疗前后检测肝功能、PTA和腹水的深度以及血清TNF-α、IL-8、IL-10、K+及Na+水平。结果治疗组的好转率显著高于对照组(78%vs64%,P<0.05),AST、ALT、TBIL显著低于对照组,而PTA显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组TNF-α、IL-8水平较对照组下降明显(P<0.01),IL-10明显高于对照组(P<0.01);血清K+和Na+的水平两组治疗前后差异均无显著性;治疗组未见明显的腹水增加。结论复方甘草酸苷可提高慢性重型肝炎患者的好转率,显著降低血清中TNF-α、IL-8水平和提高IL-10水平。

[Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effect of stronger neo-minophagen C （SNMC） on chronic severe viral hepatitis B.[Methods]100 patients with chronic severe hepatits B were enrolled randomized into treatment group （50 cases） and control＇ group （50 cases）. The treatment group received comprehensive therapy and SNMC 160 mg daily, while the control group only received comprehensive treatment. The liver function, PTA and ascites depth were tested before and after the treatment. The plasma levels of K^＋, Na^＋, TNF-α, IL-8, IL-10 were also detected before and after the treatment. [Results] The improvement rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （78% vs 64%, P〈0.05）. After one month treatment, the serum levels of AST, ALT, TBIL, TNF-α and IL-8 decreased, IL-10 and PTA increased significantly in treatment group than that in control group （P 〈0.05）. No significant difference was found for serum K^＋ and Na^＋ in the two groups. The ascites did not increase in treatment group.[ Conclusions]SNMC can effectively improve the patients＇ condition of patients with chronic severe viral hepatitis. It can decrease the serum levels of TNF-α and IL-8 and increase that of IL-10.
