Comparative analysis on cooperation Digital Reference Service in China

针对目前国内开展的6个合作式数字参考咨询项目运行现状逐一剖析,结合其参考源、合作类型、合作模式、服务用户、服务形式、专家咨询等特点,进一步提出建立健全其相关标准、服务管理机制、知识产权保护机制、队伍建设、国际化合作等,以期促进我国合作式数字参考服务稳定、可持续的发展。

This article analyzed the running status of the six-Digital Reference cooperation projects combining with its reference to a source, type of cooperation, cooperation model, service users, the form of services, expert advice features, further established and improved the relevant standards of service rationale mechanism, privacy and intellectual property protection mechanisms, the building of international cooperation, so as to promote stability and sustainable development of digital reference service in China.
