摘要
传统的馆员教育策略以"人的边缘化"为代价,效果不理想。新策略以人为本,以"构建尊严"为主题,通过"教师意识—目标要求"为实现模式,激发了图书馆这个"生长着的有机体"中最活跃的动力因素。
It Pays a heavy price to put the librarian far from the centre in traditional librarian education. So the educational result is not good. The new tactics is based on human-centered theory, through establishing dignity, realizing"teacher's consciousness-objective claim", stimulating the most active motivation factor in the library that is regarded a growing organic body.
