摘要
以GIS技术为核心,以数字林业为依托,充分运用数字化手段实时监控林区现状,建立具有自动化、智能化和网络化特点的林区防火数字化监控系统,是林区管理现代化的重要标志。本文结合杭州市的实际情况,应用GIS技术设计了一套集林区实时监控、林火自动报警、指挥扑救辅助决策等于一体的应用系统,并对系统设计原则、系统平台选择、系统功能等进行说明。
An important symbol of modernization of forest management is having an automated,intelligent network and digital forest fire monitoring system with GIS technology that is capable of real-time monitoring.Based on the practical situations of Hangzhou,a GIS-based application system was designed for real-time monitoring,auto-alarming forest fire and auxiliary decision-making for fire fighting in Hangzhou,Zhejiang province.Descriptions were made on the principles of the system design,selection for system platforms and system functions.
