在石化企业环境突发事故风险源普查的基础上,从风险源、人员、管理、环境等因素出发构建了石化企业环境风险等级评价指标体系和模糊综合评价模型,形成了完善的突发环境事故风险等级评价体系。

On the basis of investigating risk fountainheads of gusty environmental accidents,an evaluation index system for the environmental risk rank was set up,based on the risk fountainheads,people,management and environment.And the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model was put forward to make up the integrated assessment system for the environmental risk rank of gusty environmental accidents.
