摘要
分析了江苏某造纸厂腐浆形成的原因,并对其现场采取的药物控制措施进行了叙述。实践发现:通过采用Hercules公司提供的快速杀菌剂XD3899以及长效杀菌剂RX3610的双元杀菌剂添加方式,在损纸浆池间歇加入XD3899,用量为150kg/d,在混合浆池连续加入RX36108～10ppm,这种添加方式大大地改善了江苏某厂在造纸过程中出现的腐浆问题。
This article analyses the formation reason of slime pulp in a papermaking mill in Jiang Su, and also depicts the alive control methods with chemicals. We finds that： by using the clipping bactericide XD3899 and the lasting bactrericide RX3610, putting the XD3899 with 150kg/d into broken paper tank and the RX3610 with 8-10ppm into mixing tank, the problem of slime pulp in paper making process lias been solved.
