摘要 以硫酸亚铁和草酸为原料,通过添加分散助剂,制备了高纯超细草酸亚铁产品,并研究了分散剂浓度、硫酸亚铁浓度、加料时间、反应温度等对粒径的影响。优化工艺条件为:分散剂浓度20%~25%(m/m),硫酸铁浓度220g/L,反应温度30℃,加料时间20~30min,在此条件下产品粒径小于3.0μm、纯度大于99.5%。 The uhrafine high-purity ferrous oxalate was prepared from ferrous sulphate and oxalic acid using dispersion agents.The effect of the factors on particle size was investigated, and the optimal conditions were obtained as follow: dispersion agent concentration 20%-25% (m/m) , reaction temperature 30℃, ferrous sulphate concentration 220 g/L, feeding time 20-30 min. Under the optimum conditions, the particle size and purity of the product was less than 3.0 μm and 99.5%, respectively.
