在创建学习型社会的时代背景下,"全民阅读"已成为风潮,虽然我国提倡"全民阅读"已多年,但与其他国家相比仍有许多不足之处。通过对温州图书馆的介绍来影射我国"全民阅读"的基本进程,呼吁社会各界共同携手,早日真正实现"全民阅读"。
