摘要
碳材料在组成燃料电池的质子交换膜、触媒、双极板和气体扩散层四大零组件中,扮演着不可或缺的角色,如触媒的载体、双极板,尤其在气体扩散层中,更是其主要的成分。目前逢甲大学已研发出新型燃料电池气体扩散层,经许多年之努力已向世界各国申请了5项有关气体扩散层之碳布及碳纸专利,在2007年3月的时候,技术转移给碳能科技股份有限公司,协助研发使其碳布及碳纸可作为燃料电池元件之应用,并且也可将碳布及碳纸使用于复合材料之补强材,更可以用为电磁波遮蔽材。
Carbon materials play an indispensable part in four major components of fuel cells such as proton exchange membrane, catalyst carrier, bipolar plate and gas diffusion layer, and especially serve as a main constituent for gas diffusion layer. Now, Feng-jia University has developed a new type gas diffusion layer and applied for 5 patents concerning carbon fabric and carbon paper for gas diffusion layer in various countries as a result of efforts for many years. In March, 2007, these were licensed to carbon energy science and technology Co. Ltd, and technical assistance was offered for its research and development to enable its carbon fabric and paper to be used in the components of fuel cells, as well as used as reinforcement for composites and even more as electromagnetic wave shielding material.
