摘要 介绍了高强高模聚乙烯纤维的物化性能、制造工艺、国内外生产概况、应用领域、市场前景等方面的一些情况,表明高强高模聚乙烯纤维采用全新的冻胶纺丝-超倍拉伸工艺技术生产,其纤维抗拉强度达到2700~3600MPa,抗拉模量达到89~116GPa,并以其突出的抗冲击性和抗切割性、耐化学腐蚀、抗紫外线、很强的抗低温能力等优异性能特点,在世界上成为21世纪蓬勃发展的高新技术材料而广泛用于安全防护、航空航天、航海、兵器、造船等诸多领域。并对今后国内高强高模聚乙烯纤维产业的发展提出了尽快制定产业标准、继续提升和完善生产工艺、加速推动应用与发展等建议。 Through overview on the properties of HSHMPE fiber produced by use of the brand-new processing technology of the gel spinning - superstretched processing, it is conclude that the tensile strength of fiber achieves 30 - 35 g/d while its module 1 000 - 1 100 g/d. It has become one of the flourishing developing HIGH-TECH materials in 21 century and, been widely used in the areas such as security, aviation and aerospace, navigation, military equipment, shipbuilding, etc. due to its outstanding properties like ballistic resistance, anti-cutting, corrosion resistance, ultraviolet resistance, low-temp resistance, and so on. The article provides also an general introduction of the physical and chemical properties of the HSHMPE fiber, its process technologies, survey of domestic and foreign productions, applications, market prospect, etc., It is proposed that standardization for domestic HSHMPE fiber industry's should be made as soon as possible and, constant improvement and optimization of the manufacturing processes are necessary.
