摘要
以过硫酸铵为引发剂、亚硫酸氢钠为链转移剂,在水介质中合成了低分子质量聚丙烯酸钠。通过单因素实验和正交实验,考察了丙烯酸浓度、过硫酸铵用量、亚硫酸氢钠用量和反应温度等因素对聚丙烯酸钠分子量的影响,确定了各因素的影响主次顺序,获得了优化的合成工艺条件,即过硫酸铵最佳用量0.5g、亚硫酸氢钠用量2.0g、反应温度65℃、丙烯酸质量分数30%。
Syntheses of low-molecular weight sodium polyacrylate with in aqueous media, ammonium persulfate as initiator and sodium bisulfite as chain transfer agent was studied. Single factor experiments and orthogonal tests were carried out to analyze the influence of the concentration of acrylic, the amount of sodium bisulfate, the amount of ammonium persulfate and the reaction temperature on the molecular weight. The optimum technical conditions were obtained as follows:the amount of ammonium persulfate 0.5 g,the amount of sodium bisulfite 2.0 g,the concentration of acrylic 30% and the reaction temperature 65 ℃.
