苯甲酸助燃法测定煤的弹筒发热量的研究

摘要 介绍了以苯甲酸为助燃剂,利用SDACM3000型量热仪测定煤的弹筒发热量的方法,该方法成功地解决了燃烧性能差的煤样在实验过程中点火失败或燃烧不完全的问题。实验结果表明:在苯甲酸的质量为1.5~1.8g、氧气压力为2.8~3.2MPa、取样量为0.60~0.70g的条件下,所测数据准确、可靠、重复性好。 The determination of calorific value of coal by the method of combustion-supporting with benzoic acid and SDACM3000 caloric meter was introduced in the article. The problem of firing failure and incomplete combustion of the coal with poor combustibility during the experimental procedure was successfully solved by the method. As shown by the experimental results, Under the following condition of amount of Benzoic acid: 1.5 -1.8 g, oxygen gauge:2.8 -3.2 MPa,sample number:0.60 -0.70 g,The received data was of accuracy,reliability and good repeatability.
