摘要
出于节能目的,炼油厂、油库中的大量管道以及长距离热油输送管道都需要保温措施,其中添加保温层是一种主要的保温形式。介绍了埋地管道保温层经济厚度的计算方法的推导过程和数值求解方法。简单说明了牛顿法的适用条件和迭代公式,编制了计算程序,给出计算实例。计算结果表明,牛顿法简单有效、精确度高。
In order to save energy a lot of pipelines in refineries and oil depots and long distance hot oil pipelines need insulation measures. Adding insulation layer is one of the main insulation methods. The derivation process of calculation method of economical thickness for buffed pipeline insulation is mainly introduced in this paper. Then the application conditions and iterative formula and its numerical solution are discussed. A calculation program is compiled and a practical example is calculated. The result indicates that Newton method is simple, effective and precise.
