摘要 输电线路阻塞会影响电力系统运行的安全性和经济性,定量分析线路阻塞形成的原因将有利于提出更为合理的阻塞管理方法,保证电力市场的安全运行。提出一种新的基于电力网络源流路径电气剖分方法的输电线路阻塞分析方法。利用电气部分方法将阻塞线路上的电气信息量进行剖分,分析线路阻塞的具体成因,即阻塞到底是由哪些网络源(通常为发电机节点)和网络流(通常为负荷节点)通过何种电气路径形成的。在全面掌握阻塞成因的电气信息后,将网络源流各自应承担的电气责任在三种范围内进行了定量评估,获取分析对像应承担的阻塞责任。以IEEE 14节点为例,说明所提方法的有效性。 Transmission congestion is an important factor to affect the electric system safety and economy. Finding out the reasons causing congestion will be useful to provide reasonable congestion management methods and make power market's operation safety. A new method which is based on electrical dissection method is proposed to analyze how congestion happens. The electrical dissection method is used to dissect the electrical information of congested line according to sources to sources and loads ,and find out the congestion reasons that who caused the congestion by what kind of electrical paths. After the congestion reasons are acquired the method can he used to assess the quantitative responsibilities in three scopes and find out the congestion responsibilities of related sources or loads. An IEEE14-Bus test system is used to illurstrate the effectiveness of this method.
