It is an inevitable tendency to construct professional fire-control army. Under the new condition, building a professional fire-control staff network is the inevitable choice for Chinese fire-control army to shouder legal duties, play a leading role and cope with the severe situation of anti-terrorism war in anti-terrorism rescues. The construction of professional fire-control army should focus on integrating the existing resources to promote modernized equipment, professional training and guarding duties, and improve official qualities.
