In view of the fewer channels and the difficulty in gaining traffic information for people, the paper indicates that it can alleviate the traffic to take the method of WEB customization and distribution of traffic guidance information, and expounds several key technologies such as personalized SMS services component of traffic information to build the system. What＇s more, in this paper is the interface of the message sending and receiving software introduced. The instance proves that this convenient, low-cost method can inform the travelers of the urban traffic flow situation.
