After being ranked as an experimental unit of IC card road transportation electronic certificate, proceeding from the practical needs of itself and combined with the need of nationwide generalization, Guangdong Province emancipates the mind, makes innovations in a pioneering spirit and focuses on actual effect, thereby it has exploited a road of applying IC card road transportation electronic certificate successfully.
