摘要
运用UG对支架进行三维建模,通过ANSYSWorkbench软件对4G1发动机支架结构进行模态分析,从而求解出支架结构的模态参数,并得到支架的固有频率和振型特征,可为进一步研究整车振动、疲劳奠定基础,也为支架结构的优化设计提供参考依据。
The three-dimensional model of the bracket is built by UG, and modal analysis is conducted on the 4G1 engine bracket through the software of ANSYS Workbench so as to identify the modal parameters of the bracket, the natural frequency and vibration features. A1 these will lay the foundation for the further research on the vibration and fatigue of dump truck, and provide the reference for the bracket optimization design
