论社会主义新农村建设中的农民组织化

Improve Farmers' Organization Level and Accelerate the Building of New Socialist Countryside

为改变农民的弱势地位,增强其参与竞争、抵抗风险、增加收入的能力,实现传统农业向现代农业的转变,必须提升我国农民的组织化程度。山东省农民合作经济组织在推动新农村建设具有重要作用,但也存在的许多问题。为此,要采取措施不断完善农民合作经济组织内部制度,创造良好的制度空间,建构全方位的政府支持体系等。

The successful building of new socialist countryside highly depends on the organizational effectiveness of agriculture and the level of farmers＇ organization. The improvement of the latter can realize the change from traditional agriculture to modern one and enhance farmers＇ disadvantaged status by making them organized to participate in competition, to cope with problems and to increase their incomes.
