本文着重从研究范围、内容、方法及结果等方面综述了森林枯落层及土壤层微生物生态研究的现状，同时对存在的问题进行了简析，展望了该方面研究的发展方向。

Present situation of the study of microbial ecology of litter and soil in forest were reviewed from the aspects of reseach range, content, method and result etc. Moreover, some problems existed were analyzed briefly, and the development tendancy in this field was also prospected
