摘要
从ｈｒｐ（过敏性反应和致病性）基因簇，ＤＮＡ序列的同源性，基因表达调控与ａｖｒ基因（无毒基因）的关系和基因的功能等几个方面较为详细地综述了植物病原细菌ｈｒｐ基因的研究现状，并分析了ｈｒｐ基因研究的未来趋势。
This paper reviewed the present situations and perspect of studies on plant pathogenic bacterial hrp genes in the aspects of the clustering of hrp genes, DNA sequence of hrp genes homology,regulation of the genes expression, relationships with avirulence gene and their functions etc.
