摘要
采用离子交换膜法合成了2,2′-二氯氢化偶氮苯。讨论了电极活化条件、电流密度、电解液温度等因素对电解还原反应的影响。结果表明:反应条件为温度t=80℃,阴极电解液浓度为10%(质量分数),阳极电解液浓度为30%(质量分数),电流密度为4.2A/dm2时,电流密度最高,可达到73%,收率为83%。
2,2'-Dichlorohydrazobenzene was synthesized by using an ion exchange membrane, The effects of electrode activation condition, current density, electrolyte temperature on electrolytic reduction was discussed. It was found that the optimum reaction temperature is 80℃. When the electrolyte concentration was 30% at the anode and 10% at the cathode, current density of 4. 2A/dm^2 ,the current efficiency reached 73% and yield was 83%.
