针对节能减排,印染行业必需在工艺改革、助剂和染料选用方面达到此一目标。用漂白活化剂进行纺织品漂白是对传统双氧水漂白的一个重大革新,能降低热漂温度或缩短冷轧堆练漂的堆置时间,并提高产品质量。本文对国内外正在开发和已开发的漂白活化剂TAED、NBOS、TBCC、THCTS和BAN的合成过程,活化原理及相互之间的性能对比,以及存在问题进行了详细分析。
In order to save the limited energy and reduce the sewage in dyeing and printing industry, it's now necessary for us to start the production performance revolution and select the proper auxiliary agent and dyestuff. It's a vital innovation to make a textile bleaching with bleaching activator compared with the traditional hydrogen peroxide bleaching. It can reduce the temeperature of hot bleaching or shorten the padding time of pad-batch cold scouring. Meanwhile it's able to improve the product quality. The shorten process of the developing and developed bleaching activator including TAED, NBOS, TBCC, THCTS and BAN both from domestic and abroad, principle of activation, the property comparison among each other and the problems existing were described and analyzed in dctails.
