钛板坚强内固定治疗70岁以上老年人下颌骨骨折的临床疗效观察

The clinical observation of rigid internal fixation on mandibular fractures in senile patients over 70 years old

目的:观察70岁以上老年人下颌骨骨折应用钛板坚强内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法:1997-2006年间我科共收治127例70岁以上下颌骨骨折老年患者,其中78例采用钛板坚强内固定术进行治疗,49例采用颏兜牵引或未经任何治疗,术后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月复诊,X线检查骨折愈合情况。结果:钛板坚强内固定组治愈68例,有效7例,无效3例;对照组治愈24例,显效11例,无效14例。经Pearson X2检验P<0.01,两组差异有显著性。结论:采用钛板对70岁以上老年人下颌骨骨折进行坚强内固定,可使其达到功能复位与重建的良好效果。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the internal fixation with titanium plate for tceatment of aged patients over 70 years old with mandibular fracture. Methods： From 1997 to 2006 127 cases of senile patients over 70 years old with mandibular fractures were treated in our hospital, of which 78 cases had undergone the rigid fixation treatment, 49 cases were treated with chincap traction or without any treatment. X-ray was taken in 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after operation to observe the bony union. Results： In the group of patients with titanium plate, 68 cases were cured and 7 cases were effective but 3 cases were ineffective. In the control group, 24 cases were cured and 11 cases were effective but 14 cases were ineffective. There was significant difference between these two（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： The internal fixation with titanium plate is a good method to treat mandibular fractures in senile patients over 70 years old.
