老年口腔肿瘤合并糖尿病患者的围手术期处理

Perioperative treatment of diabetes in aged patients with oral tumors

目的:探讨老年口腔肿瘤伴有糖尿病的患者,围手术期的临床处理要点。方法:对21例伴有糖尿病的老年口腔肿瘤患者,进行围手术期控制血糖后手术治疗。结果:21例伴有糖尿病的老年口腔肿瘤患者手术过程顺利,术中、术后因合理使用胰岛素而血糖控制良好,均安全度过围手术期,无严重并发症发生。结论:对于伴有糖尿病的老年口腔肿瘤患者,术前较好地控制血糖,术中、术后积极监测及治疗糖尿病,使围手术期的血糖相对稳定,是手术成功及减少术后并发症的关键。

Objective： To investigate the treatment ofperioperative period on aged patients with oral maxillofacial tumors and diabetes. Methods： The retrospective analysis was taken on clinical data of 21 aged cases with oral maxillofacial tumors and diabetes. Results： The level of blood glucose was correctly controlled with the application of insulin during the perioperative period, all 21 aged cases recovered without any severe complications. Conclusions： In order to prevent complications, it is very important for the aged patients with oral tumors and diabetes to monitor and to control the levels of blood glucose during perioperative period.
