摘要
本研究以南美蟛蜞菊Wedelia trilobata为实验材料,选择煤矸石土进行栽培试验研究,选择普通有机土作对照,在栽培期间定期对南美蟛蜞菊的鲜重、生长速度、新芽数、新叶数、叶色等指标进行观察测定。实验结果表明:南美蟛蜞菊在煤矸石土生长40 d时叶色深绿;新增茎节数与有机土植株之比为31∶48,新叶数与有机土植株之比为96∶182,生物量(鲜重)没有出现显著差异。说明南美蟛蜞菊在煤矸石土栽培有良好的生长适应性,适宜用于煤矸石土植被恢复和重建材料。
Cultivation experiment of Wedelia trilobata was conducted in coal -gangue soil with common organic soil as control. During the cultivation the following characteristics of Wedelia trilobata were periodically measured or determined: fresh weigh, growth rate, number of new buds, number of new leaves and leaf color. Results: Wedelia trilobata grown 40d in coal - gangue soil had dark green leaves; the ratio of newly grown stem nodes on plants grown in coal - gangue soil to that of organic soil was 31:48 ; the ratio of new leaves between plants grown in the two kinds of soils was 96 : 182 ; and there was no significant difference in biomass (fresh weight) between plants grown in the two kinds of soils; these results indicated that Wedelia trilobata had a good growth adaptability in coal - gangue soil;therefore it was suitable to be used in coal mine wastelands for vegetation recovery.
