School Physical Education Under the Visual Context of the Nationwide Body-building

通过深入分析《全民健身计划纲要》出台的原因及其与学校体育教育的关系,揭示出学校体育教育在全民健身活动中的重要性。并结合自己的教学实践,对学校如何在全民健身活动发挥其应有的功能提出自己的见解和主张。指出转变传统体育观念、树立全方位的体育意识和改变陈旧的教学模式、开展阳光体育运动是学校体育教学贯彻全民健身思想的有效途径。

This paper analyses the cause d publishing Outline of the Nationwide Body -building Plan and the relationship between school physical education and the plan. Then it points out the significance of school physical education in extensive mass fitness programs. Based on the author＇s own teaching practice, it puts forward the author＇s own view on the role of school in extensive mass fitness programs. In the end, the paper draws a conclusion that the effective way for schools to carry out Outline of the Nationwide Body - building Plan is to set up all - round physical education notion instead of the traditional one, and change the obsolete model of instruction , and develope the sunny sports movement.
