创新是高校思想政治教育生命力之所在,是提高大学生思想政治教育实效性的关键。为此,大学生思想政治教育要确立"以人为本"、"与时俱进"、"树魂立根"、"全员育人"四个新理念,从而促进大学生的全面发展。

Creativity is the life - force of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, also is the key to enhance the actual effect of ideological and political education of college students. Therefore, the following four new conceptions should be followed：people come first; keep pace with the times ; honoring tradition culture; social members participation. Then the ideological and political education will enhance the overall development of college students.
