Fixed Assets Management of Universities and Some Key Measures

随着改革开放的不断深化,高等教育取得了长足的进步与发展,但也暴露出高校的一些诸如固定资产管理存在的某些弊端等,成为制约高等教育事业发展的"瓶颈"问题,需要高校切实采取有效措施,加大投入,提高固定资产管理水平,实现固定资产使用的最优化和最大化。

With the continuous further development of reform and opening, higher education has made considerable progress and development, but also exposed some problems of colleges and universities such as the certain shortcomings existing in the fixed assets management, which has become the ＂bottleneck＂ problem restricting the development of higher education. Colleges need to take practical and effective measures to increase investment, raise the level of fixed asset management and achieve the optimum and maximum use of fixed assets.
