摘要
心理素质的好坏直接影响着学生游泳运动成绩,因此心理素质的培养在现代游泳教学中显得越来越重要。本文分析了学生游泳时产生心理障碍的原因,探讨了在教学中培养学生良好的心理素质的途径和方法。
Psychological quality directly influence students'swimming results, therefore, psychological quality's training appears more and more important in the modern swimming teaching. This article analyzes the reason why the psychological barrier will arise when the students swim, and discusses the way and the method to raise the students'good psychological quality in the teaching.
