Psychological quality directly influence students＇swimming results, therefore, psychological quality＇s training appears more and more important in the modern swimming teaching. This article analyzes the reason why the psychological barrier will arise when the students swim, and discusses the way and the method to raise the students＇good psychological quality in the teaching.
