摘要
改革开放以来,中小及民营企业以其快速的发展逐渐成为中国当代企业中的重要组成部分,在国民经济中已占据了重要地位,发挥了重要作用。但是中小及民营企业中的人力资源管理依然是亟待解决的重要问题。目前中小及民营企业人力资源管理中存在诸多问题,如信息不畅,管理断层;观念落后,管理意识缺乏;人才严重流失;人才结构家族化等等。针对这些问题,应该转变传统观念,树立以人为本的管理理念;要加大培训力度,健全企业人力资源培训体系;要建立有效的人力资源管理模式;要围绕人力资源建设形成企业独特的文化。
Since China adopted the reform and opening-up policy, the SMEs and non-public firms have developed rapidly. They have gradually become an important part of contemporary China's enterprises, and played a major role in the national economy,but eheir human resources management still remains a major issue to settle. At present there have arisen some deficiencies in this regard, such as the ineffective information channel, the managerial gap, the old-fashioned conception, the fainter awareness ,the serious brain drain,and the family-controlled talent structure. Therefore ,the article makes some proposals in this respect. According to the author, we should change our conceptions ,folster the people-centred concept,intensify the training work,improve the enterprise's human resources training system,establish the effective pattern of human resources management, and develop a unique corporate culture concerning the cultivation of human resources.
