摘要
文章以我国刑事审判实践中证人出庭率低为剖析点,探讨了证人出庭作证率低的成因,并就如何提高证人出庭作证的频率和保障力度提出了具体的立法建议和完善措施。
In the criminal judicial procedure, the rate of the witness＇ testimony at court is rather low. This paper focuses on the key problem, trying to discuss the reasons for the low percentage of the appearance of the witness at court, offering detailed suggestion and implementing measures on assuring the the witness appearance at court, and trying to explore the reformation of the system of witness＇ testimony at court from the aspect of judicial practice.
